I know this personally after being diagnosed with T-Cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (cancer) and undertaking a ten month chemotherapy regime ending in May 2015 (and still currently under medication until 2016). I’ve been there, I know that feeling of fighting for your life, then your health, and starting again from scratch. That’s an immensely difficult rebuilding process.
It’s that mentality that I believe sets me apart. I WILL stand right there beside you in your journey to excellence. I believe in practicing what I preach, as I myself am now a competitive powerlifter. About myself –
The gym is my happy place! Headphones on, workout planed and I’m ready to go. I love pushing myself to the limits in the Gym always working on my weaknesses. I enjoy a mixture of ‘powerbuilding’ workouts, which is powerlifting as I love lifting heavy as gives me that adrenalin rush! Bodybuilding is a passion of mine as I love to have that ability to change my physique. I also like to mix it up now and again, adding in a new style of training to keep it interesting! Im always keen to learn new techniques especially if they can be incorporated some how for my clients!
